We have a range of packages available we believe to be some of the most versatile and competitive out there.
Unlike the majority of wedding photographers, we are full time professionally qualified and members of the UK's largest trade body working to strict codes of practice and quality, which is worth bearing in mind when making your choices.
We're also fun to work with!
All packages from "Silver" upwards include ourselves David and Joanna in attendance to make sure we get the best shots possible. Most services tend to be a single photographer, having two experienced professionals substantially increases the range and possibilities of the images captured.
Our goal is to both record and create images that will give you pleasure and great memories for an entire lifetime. Your "Big Day" is also a "Big Day" for us too, and we are well known for giving our ALL for the couples we work with.
Beforehand we consult with you extensively to make sure we understand the approach, and style you’re looking for, so that everything goes ultra smoothly on the day. If necessary we will visit the locations together taking test shots as well as discussing likely setups and backdrops.
We are also doing lifestyle and engagement shoots as a special bonus with our packages. This is usually before the big day and lets us get to know you a little better too. It also helps relax you in front of the camera – bear in mind you will probably never be more photographed in your life than you will be on your wedding day!
We own a fully equipped studio so are able to offer stylish and contemporary portrait shoots as well.
Product wise: We have a range of modern and traditional albums, plus very snazzy printed "storybook" options in various styles and sizes, and all at highly competitive prices. As a footnote, many photographers will aim to tie you into wedding albums at the package choosing stage, but we believe this is a little unfair, and therefore let you decide after the event if needs be.
Display wise: We carry a full range of options from canvases to modern acrylic hangings, and a large and versatile choice of frames.
There are image file buyout options too.
We don’t mind saying that we are priced mid range in the wedding market. Anybody can be cheap, and usually it shows. We believe our images could fetch more, but we are not greedy. Our price for two photographers with all the benefits that brings is very competitive. Photography is our passion, we love going to work everyday, and we like to be busy! Unfortunately with the rise of the internet there are no end of people promising you the earth for your wedding day. All the flowery language, prints and albums in the world, will be no compensation for average or just plain bad photography.
Every image we display is from a REAL wedding, shot comfortably within "real world" time constraints. We do not use "wedding models" in pretend setups to bolster our photographic portfolio. Most of our couples come to us now from recommendation, and we intend to keep it that way!
Please bear in mind there are no second chances on your big day, and as a general rule you will get what you pay for.
Why so much info before the prices? Because this is your special day, not all wedding photographers are created equal, and they can't be found like a best price on Amazon!
So if you are shopping around, and of course we hope the shopping stops with us, ask to see at least five or more recent weddings. ("the proof is in the picture...") Ask to speak to previous couples. We would!
We have put our most popular package "Elegance" first and our second most popular "Platinum Plus" last, everything else is in price order.
ELEGANCE - All day coverage of up to eight hours, from bridal preparations to past the first dance, with two photographers and all the large full resolution copyright free files from the day. These are fully edited across a set of DVDs (usually three) with an extra folder of smaller versions for emailing, facebook, social networking etc. Files are produced using a wide range of professional lenses and cameras that we bring on the day. You can print at any size, and each image is individually edited through two separate programs. Typical image count is between 600 and 1000 plus files. Of course with copyright free "digital negatives" you can create all your own display options and albums in the future, excluding those only available to the trade (We are happy of course to design fantastic "storybook" albums as extras if you wish as well) Included is our usual music slideshow DVD of the entire day, and an optional complimentary studio or location shoot. We feel it's important to remember this is an investment and that you are not just buying time and files when you book us, you are buying our personalities, track record, and sense of fun too! £1250
FLEXI - This is our most basic but flexible package - it's £125 an hour for David and Joanna in attendance (minimum 2 hrs) and includes coverage of ceremony and formal shots, plus extra creative stuff thrown in – i.e. latest coverage trends – reportage, advertorial, classic etc.
We give you a souvenir DVD slide show set to music of all the shots taken, and a CD of proofs from which you can make choices at your convenience. In these we show you colour, black and white, sepia, special effects etc so you get an idea of the possibilities available. You can then order as many or as few prints or albums as you wish, or perhaps take advantage of our image buyout options. Others charge a premium price for a music DVD, with FLEXI and all our packages it is included as complimentary.
